Shipping & Returns
I dispatch orders as quickly as possible though this can take up to five working days and occasionally longer e.g. after an update.
If your item is needed as quickly as possible, e.g it’s a present, please leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to process your order asap.
Please remember that the postal service can get delayed. If your order has not arrived within 28 days (UK) or six weeks (international) please contact me and I will either replace it or refund you.
Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please choose this option at checkout.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Return postage is the onus of the buyer. Goods must be in an unused, unopened and resellable condition.
Once I have received your order, I will either refund the cost of your original order excluding postage via the original payment method or post your replacement.
Please note:- Items returned from outside the EU must be clearly marked on the customs label as "returned merchandise" so as not to attract import duty / VAT.
Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
